Rashmi Jadhav is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has been an integral part of the firm for more than 5 years executing various responsibilities in diversified divisions including RBI / FEMA and ROC compliances, preparation of Project Reports (Financial analysis, Market analysis, Operational planning, etc.), statutory audit, and direct taxation. She has worked on extensive financial planning and compliance projects for domestic as well as international clientele. She currently handles all matters relating to RBI & FEMA regulations, Mergers & Acquisition matters, Corporate Restructuring involving domestic & international transactions, Due Diligence, providing end-to-end solutions & services for Equity Funding, and other matters relating to fund raising. Apart from this, she is also actively involved in providing regular training sessions & updates on related subject matters.
