Margav Shukla has an experience of over 10 years in the field of Direct Tax, and has extensive knowledge and experience in handling Litigation, Corporate tax compliance, advisory services, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing matters.
Margav has also handled complex Search and Seizure Matters under Income Tax, apart from Representation before Tax Authorities including that before Commissioner Appeals and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. Margav also has vast experience in handling Compliances of a Charitable Trusts under Income Tax and Public Trust Act.
He regularly contributes articles at various forums like Taxmann, Taxguru, Internal newsletters for the company etc.
He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds degree in Law from Government Law College and Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. He also holds Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI.
