Manish Modi has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate advisory and investment banking space. He has provided advisory services on strategy, restructuring, M&A and fundraising for 100+ Indian and India based MNCs. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing, negotiating and closing some of the most complex and marquee transactions in the Indian Mid-market space. Manish was earlier the Founder and CEO of Synthesis – a boutique SME focused consulting organization in Mumbai, India, which has merged with Incorp Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. In his role as a CEO, he has managed over a 150 people team with 40+ professionals. He was instrumental in setting up Synthesis and transforming it into a full-service consulting firm over the last 2 decades.
Manish is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and has secured All India Ranks across all levels of the CA. He has also qualified as the Company Secretary and holds a Diploma in Systems Audit. He has also studied the course on Managing and Transforming Professional Services Firms from Harvard Business School.
Manish also has a passion for education and mentors students pursuing professional courses in India and abroad. He continues to be an Executive Director at Synthesis Learning to guide the organization on forging partnerships and building its business strategy.
