Amit has more than 20 years of experience in strategic consulting and debt and was a co-founder of Synthesis Group.​

​Amit and his team look at various instruments of debt including syndication of term loans, project loans, working capital, corporate loans, construction finance for real estate sector through bank and financial institutions. He specializes in structured debt solutions, both long term and short term and has diverse experience of raising funds across sectors like Manufacturing, Infrastructure, QSR, Technology, Real Estate, Pharma, Healthcare, etc.​

​He also heads the Business Development & Corporate Secretarial practice.
