Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Tax Planning and Compliance:

• Advise clients on tax planning strategies and help them optimize their tax positions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate, individual, and indirect taxes.

Advisory and Consultancy:

• Provide expert guidance on financial management, risk assessment, and business strategy.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions by conducting financial analysis and due diligence.
• Offer recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation.

Regulatory Compliance and Governance:

• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• Assist clients in implementing and maintaining robust internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing timely and relevant financial advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated services to clients.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team’s technical and professional skills.
