Role Overview:
This role is a for a team member in InCorp’s ESG Practice across APAC. Reporting to the ESG Practice Leader, this role shall collect, analyse and communicate data as it relates to trends in the company, provide recommendations that can help improve ESG Reporting and performance for clients across sectors, countries and ESG reporting frameworks. Candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed research and build understand on the clients ESG profile. The candidate shall be a report writing expert with experience in writing sustainability reports. You will work closely with the ESG Team to develop unique sustainability reports for various clients. There is significant on-the-job learning required, as ESG is an evolving domain, and newer reporting standards are being published.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing clear, concise, and engaging content for top companies based on various ESG reporting frameworks.
- Staying up to date with the latest ESG industry news and trends
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to develop reports that highlight each client’s unique sustainability journey based on already collected information and research
- Pitching ideas to improve upon the report writing process
- Tailoring content for different audiences, including executives, policy groups, and clients / consumers
- Writing blogs, articles and case studies on sustainability and ESG
- Support in publishing a monthly newsletter on ESG
- Writing clear, concise, and engaging content for top companies based on various ESG reporting frameworks.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-5 Years of experience in ESG or Sustainability reporting
- Working knowledge of BRSR, GRI, IR or TCFD reporting framework
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Process driven approach, that focuses on capability development and structured scalability of systems
- Experience with working with data and strong research skills
- Exceptional planning, content structuring, writing, reviewing, proof-reading and editing skills
- The ability to write quickly and effectively about various industries
- Joining on an immediate basis
