Jayesh is the Head – Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Laws at the InCorp Advisory office in India. He is a Senior Insolvency Professional with more than 36 years of experience in the field of Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Restructuring, Private Equity, Revival plans, M&A Advisory. He Specializes in Real Estate Advisory from Deal Negotiations, Funding to Closure, and Execution. To date, he has closed deals worth more than USD 2 billion.
He is closely involved with the corporate compliance engagements of large Corporates, SMEs, private companies, High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), and multinational corporations from diverse industries.
He has also successfully established many innovative services — supporting entrepreneurs in building sustainable businesses and providing strategic advisory for business transformation.
Before joining InCorp, he was a Founding partner of Jayesh Sanghrajka and Co LLP, a CA Firm since 1985, where he was leading a team of More than 200 professionals, including Chartered Accountants, MBA’s and Company Secretaries.
He is a Founding member of Batgach, a national network of Chartered accountants firms having a presence all over India. Batgach is an official network of chartered accountants recognized by the institute of chartered accountants of India.
